이것은 무엇인가
Digital Asset Database is a research file for every digital asset we cover, not a price ticker with commentary attached. The unit of the site is the asset profile: what the thing is, what its network or protocol collects from the people who use it, what happens to its supply, what the chain underneath it actually carried, who holds it in regulated wrappers, and what can go wrong. Prices are one row of that file, not the point of it.
The site is built for two readers at once. Someone who has never owned a digital asset should be able to open any page, read the plain-English sentence under every figure, and leave understanding something true. Someone who does this professionally should find the fee accounting basis stated, the annualization window named, the limitations spelled out, and the whole thing available as JSON.
모든 수치가 충족해야 하는 기준
Four things travel with every number on this site: the value, the period it was measured over, the provider who published it, and the moment it was observed. If any of the four is missing, the figure does not ship. Where a figure genuinely cannot be obtained, the cell says so and gives the reason rather than showing a blank you have to interpret or a zero that is simply false.
There is a second, harder standard behind the first. Every figure is defined once, in the metric catalog, and that definition includes a section on how the figure misleads. A metric earns its place on this site by being useful and by having its failure modes written down. That is why the catalog is a public page rather than an internal document.
이것이 아닌 것
Digital Asset Database does not give investment advice, make recommendations, publish price targets, rank assets by desirability, or assess whether anything is suitable for anyone. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange or custodian. It holds no positions it discloses because it takes none, and it accepts no payment for coverage — an asset appears because it meets the coverage rule, and no amount of anything changes where it sits in a table.
You will not find the vocabulary of the sector's marketing here. No asset is described as undervalued, overvalued, cheap, expensive, promising or finished. Those are judgments, and they are yours to make.
커버리지 결정 방식
The universe is the largest digital assets by market capitalization, refreshed from our price source. Inclusion is mechanical: an asset is covered because it is large enough, not because we find it interesting. Some covered assets have almost no fundamentals to show, and their profiles say so plainly rather than filling the space.
AI 및 사용 위치
Parts of this site are produced with AI assistance, and every one of them is labeled. The educational library and the reference definitions were drafted with a language model and edited against the rules in our editorial policy. Research notes are generated from stored figures and list the exact inputs they were written from. The Ask the data assistant reads only this site's own tables and is instructed to refuse anything they do not contain. Data itself is never generated: every number comes from a named provider or is calculated from named providers' numbers by a documented formula.
수정 사항
If a figure here is wrong, we want to know which page, which figure and what it should be. Send it. Corrections are made at the source where possible — a wrong figure is usually a wrong mapping or a wrong period, and fixing the class matters more than fixing the instance.
