This exchange-traded fund (ETF) provides a passively managed pathway for investors to gain access to XRP. The valuation of the fund's underlying assets is determined by the CME CF XRP Dollar Reference Rate New York Variant, a USD-denominated benchmark that establishes the official XRP price daily at 4:00 PM Eastern Time. This reference rate is calculated by compiling executed trade data from prominent XRP trading platforms. Additionally, an Indicative Trust Value (ITV) per share, reflecting the CME XRP Real-Time Price, is disseminated every 15 seconds during standard market hours, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET. XRP can be employed for transactional purposes, such as purchasing goods and services, or converted into traditional fiat currencies. However, its fundamental purpose is to serve as a utility for transactions, rather than primarily as a store of value. The XRP Ledger and XRP are engineered to significantly boost the speed of transactions and reduce the costs and inefficiencies typically linked with conventional interbank payment systems.

What these figures cannot tell you
We do not publish a premium or discount to net asset value. Our source’s net asset value carries no date of its own, and comparing one day’s price with another day’s value invents a gap that is not there. The issuer publishes both every day.
Returns here are the fund’s, before your broker’s costs, the spread you pay to trade, and any tax. Distributions are counted as reinvested on the day they were paid.
A fund’s asset sits with a custodian named in its prospectus. The figures say nothing about that arrangement; the prospectus does.
A fund that follows its asset closely inherits all of the asset’s risks. The research file for the asset is where those are measured.
