Protocol Fees (30d)
The total amount users paid to use a network or application over the last thirty days.
Thirty days is the standard comparison window in digital-asset research because it covers a full cycle of settlement, funding and rebalancing behavior without stretching so far back that the protocol has since changed. It is also the base period from which annualized fees and most valuation ratios on this site are derived. The same adapter definitions used for shorter windows apply.
计算方式
sum of all user-paid fees recognized by the protocol fee adapter over the trailing 30 days, converted to US dollars at the time of each event
易产生误导之处
A month is long enough to hide a regime change inside the total: a hard fork that cut gas costs, the migration of activity from a chain to its layer 2, or a fee switch turned on midway all leave a smooth-looking number that describes two different protocols. Because every fee is converted at the time it was paid, a month with a large token price move blends price with activity in a way that cannot be separated from the headline figure. Trailing 30 days is not a calendar month, so it will not tie to any monthly report a project publishes. Providers restate adapter logic retroactively, which changes historical 30-day totals without notice.
与股权的类比,以及为何该类比不成立
Trailing monthly revenue. The analogy fails because there is no revenue recognition policy, no deferred balance, and no auditor: the figure is a sum of blockchain events chosen by whoever wrote the adapter.
如何解读高值或低值
A higher figure means more was paid to use the protocol over the month; a lower figure means less. Comparing it against the prior thirty days is more informative than the level on its own.
