You may not scrape the Site at a rate that degrades it for others, redistribute the underlying data as a substitute product, present figures as live when they are not, or strip the reference period and attribution from any figure you republish.

The text, structure, definitions, educational content, code and design of the Site are the property of its operators. Underlying market and protocol data remains the property of the providers named on the Data sources page and is used subject to their terms. Third-party names, marks and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
