Calculators

Eight pieces of arithmetic that are easy to get wrong in your head. They compute what you type; they do not know anything about your situation and they do not suggest anything.

01

Unit converter

Convert between any two covered assets and the dollar, at the last stored price for each.

Result
—

· at the last stored price for each asset

live quote, delayed and indicative CoinGecko observed 18 Oct 2026 11:47 UTC
02

Dilution and fully diluted valuation

What a market capitalization becomes if every unit that can exist eventually does, at an unchanged price. This is arithmetic about supply, not a forecast about price.

03

Real staking yield

A staking rate paid in newly issued units is not the same as a return. Subtract issuance to see what staking earns relative to the whole supply, then subtract whatever your route charges.

After fee
—
Real yield
—
Share of supply after a year
—
04

Fee multiple

What annual fee income a given multiple implies, and what multiple a given fee income implies. Useful for turning “30 times fees” into a dollar figure you can sanity-check.

Fees annualized
—
Market cap / fees
—
Fee yield
—
This ratio is not a price-to-earnings multiple. Fees are not earnings, the protocol may keep none of them, and no holder has a claim on any of it. The full definition and its limits →
05

Drawdown recovery

A fall of a given size needs a larger rise to get back to where it started. The asymmetry is arithmetic, and it is steeper than most people expect.

Rise needed to recover
—
Multiple of the low
—
06

Network fee cost

What a given number of transactions costs at a given fee level — the practical difference between chains, expressed in money rather than in gas.

Monthly
—
Yearly
—
07

Product fee drag

An expense ratio is charged on the whole position every year, whether it rises or falls. Over a long holding period the compounding matters more than the headline rate suggests.

Share of position paid in fees
—
On this position
—

Assumes a flat position value; a rising position pays more in absolute terms and a falling one pays less.

08

Concentration check

What share of a total a given number of holders represents. Useful when reading validator stake, ETP holdings or a top-ten table anywhere on this site.
