How to read this file. Each tab answers one question. Overview is the summary. Price is what it has done. Fundamentals is what it earns. Tokenomics is what happens to supply. Valuation puts the two together — with the limits of doing so stated. Every figure shows the period it was measured over and who published it.

What this is

Venice Token (VVV) is the native token of Venice.ai, a generative AI platform built on the Base blockchain that emphasizes user privacy as a central design principle. The platform targets AI developers and autonomous AI agents who need reliable, on-demand access to AI inference — including large language models such as DeepSeek R1, image generation, PDF analysis, and code generation — without routing that activity through centralized, data-retaining providers. The token is intended to reduce friction and cost for programmatic access to Venice.ai's API.

VVV lives on the Base blockchain, a layer-2 network, and functions as the access mechanism for Venice.ai's API-based inference services. The token has no consensus algorithm of its own, as it relies on Base for settlement and security. Within the system, the protocol retains 100 percent of fees generated — the take rate recorded over the trailing 30 days — meaning all fee revenue flows to the protocol rather than to a separate supply side, while token holders receive a revenue yield currently recorded at 1.013345 percent annualized against market capitalization.

Fees are generated when developers and AI agents pay to consume inference capacity through the Venice.ai API. Over the trailing 30 days, the protocol recorded fees of 932,948 USD, identical to protocol revenue for that period, reflecting the 100 percent take rate — nothing was paid to a supply-side layer. Supply-side revenue over the same 30 days is recorded as zero. Annualizing that 30-day figure produces an annualized fee run rate of 11,350,867.33 USD, against a market capitalization of approximately 1,111,801,172 USD, giving a market-cap-to-fees ratio of 98.68 for that period. Fee and revenue growth over the trailing 30 days was 58.38 percent.
