Across Protocol
これは何か
Across Protocol is a cross-chain bridge that lets users move tokens between Ethereum and several other networks, including Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and Boba Network. The problem it addresses is the friction and capital inefficiency users face when transferring assets across separate blockchains. Its native token, ACX, is the governance token for the protocol.
Across uses UMA's optimistic oracle to verify cross-chain transfers, meaning transfers are assumed valid and only challenged if someone disputes them within a defined window. A single shared liquidity pool services all supported routes, and a network of relayers competes to fulfill transfer requests quickly before being reimbursed from that pool. ACX holders participate in governance decisions over the protocol.
Fees are paid by users who bridge assets and are collected by the protocol; over the trailing 12 months the protocol recorded 456,039 USD in fees, with 71,828 USD collected over the trailing 30 days and 2,445 USD in the most recent 24-hour period. The 30-day fee figure, when annualized, implies an annual run rate of 873,907 USD. Fee growth over the last 30 days was negative, at -55.75 percent, meaning recent fee collection has declined relative to the prior comparable period. The protocol's total value locked stands at 17,547,116 USD at the current point in time.
