Neiro is a meme token deployed as an ERC-20 contract on Ethereum, dedicated to a Shiba Inu dog adopted by the former owner of Kabosu, the dog whose image became the Doge meme. It makes no claim to solve a technical or financial problem; its own description states it is completely useless and exists for entertainment purposes only. After its original developer abandoned the project, a self-organised community took over and now describes itself as the sole governing body.
