| Liquidity Risk | Risk & Failure Modes | The risk that a position cannot be traded at a reasonable price because there are not enough willing buyers or sellers at that moment. |
| Look-Ahead Bias | Data & Measurement | Using information in a study of the past that was not actually available at the time, which makes results look better than reality allowed. |
