Clearpool
Đây là gì
Clearpool is a decentralized capital markets protocol that allows institutional borrowers to access unsecured loans directly from the decentralized finance ecosystem, bypassing traditional intermediaries. It targets institutions that want on-chain credit and liquidity providers who are willing to lend to those institutions in exchange for yield. The CPOOL token serves as both a utility instrument within the protocol and a governance mechanism over decisions such as which borrowers are permitted to participate.
Clearpool operates on both the Ethereum and Solana ecosystems, where individual borrowing pools are opened by whitelisted institutions and funded by liquidity providers who deposit assets in exchange for cpTokens, which represent their share of the pool. Interest rates are set dynamically based on the supply of capital relative to borrower demand, meaning rates rise when a pool is heavily utilized and fall when it is not. CPOOL holders vote on borrower whitelisting and can earn additional CPOOL rewards for providing liquidity, and the token's governance role is intended to expand over time toward fuller decentralized control of the protocol.
Fees on Clearpool originate from the interest that institutional borrowers pay on unsecured loans drawn from the pools. Over the trailing 30 days, the protocol recorded fees of 45,537.68 USD, which annualizes to 554,041.77 USD from that same 30-day window; the trailing 12-month fee total stands at 1,064,514.91 USD. Fee growth over the last 30 days was negative at -18.41 percent, indicating that the recent pace of fee generation has slowed. The market capitalization divided by annualized fees from the trailing 30 days equals 50.78, and annualized fees represent 1.97 percent of market capitalization as a fee yield figure.
