Tellor Tributes
Ce que c'est
Tellor Tributes (TRB) is the native token of Tellor, a decentralized oracle network built primarily on Ethereum and also active across several other networks including Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Gnosis Chain, and Manta Network. Oracles solve the problem that smart contracts cannot natively access data from the outside world, such as asset prices or other real-world information. Tellor is designed to supply that off-chain data to on-chain applications in a way that does not rely on a single centralized provider.
When a decentralized application needs a piece of off-chain data, it submits a request to the Tellor system using Tributes as payment. Miners who have staked Tributes compete to provide the requested data values, and those values are written into an on-chain time-series data bank that any smart contract can read. The staking requirement gives miners a financial stake in reporting accurately, since misbehavior can put their staked tokens at risk.
The data stored for Tellor does not include a documented fee revenue stream, so fee-based measures such as protocol revenue or fee yield are not available on this page. Tributes are used to pay for data requests, meaning data consumers are the payers and miners who successfully submit data are the recipients, but no aggregated fee figures are present in the data provided here. The circulating supply stands at approximately 2,817,331 TRB, representing about 97.2% of the tokens issued to date, with roughly 2.77% of supply still pending issuance, giving a fully diluted value only about 2.77% above the current market capitalization of approximately 59.3 million dollars.
