XDC Network
Ce que c'est
XDC Network is a layer-1 blockchain designed for enterprise use in international trade and finance. Its native coin, XDC, powers a network that aims to digitise trade-finance instruments — such as invoices and letters of credit — so that small and medium-sized businesses and institutions can connect directly with bank and non-bank funders. The project positions itself at the intersection of traditional financial infrastructure and blockchain settlement.
The network uses XinFin Delegated Proof of Stake (XDPoS), in which token holders delegate validation rights to Masternodes that must pass know-your-customer checks, a design intended to make the chain suitable for regulated financial counterparties. The protocol targets 2,000 transactions per second and a two-second transaction time, with blocks recorded at effectively zero minutes per block in the stored data. XDC is used to pay transaction fees on the network and to stake as collateral by Masternodes participating in consensus.
The data stored here does not include a protocol-level fee revenue figure, so fee-based valuation measures cannot be calculated from this dataset. What is recorded is a total value locked of 2,059,259.83 USD at point-in-time, against a market capitalisation of 556,716,359 USD, producing a market-cap-to-TVL ratio of 270.35. The stablecoin supply hosted on the chain stands at 69,728,465.27 USD at point-in-time, and the market-cap-to-stablecoin-supply ratio is 7.98, both of which reflect the scale of economic activity the chain currently supports rather than any fee stream flowing to token holders.
