CoW Protocol is a decentralized trading protocol built on Ethereum and several other networks, including Arbitrum, Polygon, Gnosis Chain, and BNB Chain, that routes trades through a system designed to protect users from a form of predatory transaction ordering known as MEV, or maximal extractable value.
